Billing name and address, payment details (processed securely via Razorpay), delivery address and order history.

Payment Processors
Razorpay processes payment transactions. They receive your billing details to complete the transaction and are bound by PCI-DSS and their own privacy policy.
Analytics Providers
Google Analytics receives anonymised usage data (IP addresses are anonymised) to help us understand how visitors use our website.
Legal Authorities
We may disclose your information to government or regulatory bodies if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
All third-party processors are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the specified purpose.

Contact form submissions and email enquiries are retained for 2 years from last contact, then securely deleted.
Project Records
Client project data, contracts, and financial records are retained for 7 years to meet legal and tax compliance requirements.
Analytics Data
Website usage data collected via cookies is retained for 26 months, in line with Google Analytics defaults.
