You may browse our portfolio, read articles and project descriptions, contact us for inquiries, purchase products through our shop, and download resources we explicitly make available. All other uses require our prior written permission.
All content on this Website — design portfolios, photography, case studies, logo, branding, articles, 3D renderings, and original concepts — is the exclusive property of Bowerscapes / Kwando Services LLP or used with permission. All rights reserved.
You may view and share links to our content on social media, reference our projects in design discussions with proper credit, and — as a client — share photos of your completed project featuring our work.
You may not use our portfolio images for your own marketing, claim our designs as your own work, or reproduce our projects in media without permission first — we usually say yes, just ask!
If you provide a testimonial or review, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing materials; you confirm it's truthful and represents your genuine experience. We may edit for length or clarity but will not change the meaning.
If you share photos of your completed Bowerscapes project, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them in our portfolio. We will credit you as requested (name, initials, or anonymously). You confirm you have the right to share the photos.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites including suppliers, vendors, inspiration sources, and social media platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.
SECTION 04
We strive for accuracy describing our past projects. Occasionally project details may be simplified for client privacy, material specifications may be approximate, and timelines may be rounded for readability.
We update service offerings, pricing, and availability regularly. Information on the Website is current as of the date last modified. For the most accurate details, contact us directly.
Product descriptions, dimensions, and colours are as accurate as possible. Due to screen display variations, natural material differences, and handcrafted production, actual products may vary slightly from images. Detailed photos and measurements provided upon request.
All project prices are estimates and may vary based on scope. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST where stated.
Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Confirmed project quotes are binding for their stated validity period.
SECTION 06
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bowerscapes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this website shall be limited to ₹10,000 or the amount you paid for the relevant purchase, whichever is lower.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or credentials at connect@bowerscapes.com. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Bowerscapes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product unavailability or pricing errors.
A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send confirmation. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to availability and payment verification.
SECTION 11
Our website and services are primarily intended for users in India. We offer shipping to select international locations where operationally feasible.
If you access our website from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations. We make no representation that our website or services are appropriate for use in other countries.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bowerscapes, Kwando Services LLP, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this website, your content, or your breach of these Terms. This obligation survives termination of your use of this website.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
SECTION 15
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

We will endeavour to respond to all formal legal communications within 14 business days of receipt.

SECTION 17
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment & Service Terms, and Shop Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bowerscapes with respect to your use of this website and our services.
These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
SECTION 18
Bowerscapes is committed to compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and all applicable rules notified thereunder.
Submit requests to our Grievance Officer at connect@bowerscapes.com. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and endeavour to fulfil it within 30 days as required under the DPDP Act. Complex requests may require additional time; we will notify you of any extension.
We process your personal data on the following lawful bases: consent (for marketing communications and optional features), contractual necessity (to fulfil your service or shop orders), and legitimate interests (for fraud prevention, security, and improving our services). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

SECTION 19
Bowerscapes may use AI-assisted tools (including but not limited to generative design platforms, image-enhancement software, and layout automation tools) as part of our creative process. All final deliverables are reviewed, curated, and approved by our design team before being presented to clients. The use of AI tools does not diminish the creative ownership or quality standards of our work.
We may utilise licensed third-party platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, Figma, Midjourney, or similar tools in the production of your project. Licences for these tools are maintained by Bowerscapes. Unless separately negotiated, source files created within third-party platforms remain subject to those platforms' respective terms of service regarding file portability and ownership.
Where AI-generated imagery or content forms a significant component of a deliverable, we will disclose this to the client upon request. Clients who have specific requirements regarding AI tool usage (e.g., fully human-created work only) must communicate this requirement prior to project commencement, as it may affect project scope and pricing.
AI-generated outputs incorporated into your deliverables are treated as works for hire under our standard intellectual property terms. Upon full payment, IP transfers as outlined in Section 12 (Intellectual Property). Bowerscapes does not warrant that AI-generated outputs are free from third-party IP claims, and clients are encouraged to seek independent legal advice before using AI-assisted materials in commercial contexts.
SECTION 20
If you have a dispute relating to a shop order — including non-delivery, product quality, incorrect items, or billing discrepancies — please contact us at connect@bowerscapes.com within 14 days of the issue arising. Include your order number and a clear description of the concern.
We will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and conduct an initial review of your order and the reported issue.
Within 7 business days, we will propose a resolution which may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the nature of the issue and our shop policies.
If you are not satisfied with our proposed resolution, you may escalate by emailing connect@bowerscapes.com with the subject line "DISPUTE ESCALATION". Unresolved disputes may be referred to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
SECTION 21
By engaging Bowerscapes for services or placing a shop order, you consent to receive transactional and service-related emails including order confirmations, project updates, invoices, revision notifications, and delivery confirmations. These communications are necessary for the fulfilment of your contract with us and cannot be opted out of while a project or order is active.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing <a href="mailto:connect@bowerscapes.com"connect@bowerscapes.com with the subject "Unsubscribe". Opt-out requests will be processed within 10 business days. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional communications.
Our email communications comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable anti-spam regulations. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
We send emails from connect@bowerscapes.com. Please add this address to your contacts or safe-sender list to ensure important project and order communications reach your inbox. Bowerscapes is not responsible for project delays or missed information resulting from emails being filtered to spam or junk folders.
