From first meeting to a finished, styled apartment: typically four to seven months for a 2 or 3BHK. The design phase takes six to eight weeks. Carpentry production takes four to eight weeks after final drawings are approved. Civil and electrical work runs in parallel. Final styling takes one to two days. A realistic programme is discussed and agreed at the outset of every project.

Yes — this is actually the ideal stage to engage us. When the structure is complete but partitions, false ceilings and electrical layouts are still being determined, we have the most influence on the spatial quality of the finished apartment. Whenever you engage us, we will work with whatever conditions exist and make the best possible outcome from them.

No. A 1BHK designed with genuine care will always be a better home than a 3BHK designed carelessly. Smaller apartments require more rigorous thinking — every decision matters more when space is limited — and we approach them with the same thoroughness as larger projects. The design fee reflects the scope of work, not an arbitrary minimum.

Yes. Wardrobes are one of the highest-impact decisions in an apartment, and we design every one as custom joinery — sized for the actual clothes, luggage and objects that will go into it, rather than fitted from standard modules.

Yes. Kitchen design covers layout and work triangle, appliance integration, storage, countertop and cabinet finishes, hardware and lighting — planned as a complete space rather than assembled from a catalogue.

Yes. Where the right piece for a space does not exist off the shelf, we design and produce it — sofas, beds, dining tables, consoles, study desks and occasional furniture, sized and finished for the room it belongs to.

Yes. We manage the construction phase — coordinating between civil contractor, carpenter, electrician, painter and other trades — with site visits at each stage to verify that work meets our specifications, so you are not managing the site yourself.

Yes. While we most often design complete apartments, we also take on single-room projects — a kitchen renovation, a bedroom refresh, a new wardrobe wall — with the same level of care and detail as a full apartment interior.

Fees depend on the size of the apartment and the scope of work — design only, or design and full execution. We discuss a clear, itemised fee structure at the outset of every project, once we understand what you need, rather than quoting a generic rate up front.
