Interior Design
Every room tells a story. We help you tell it beautifully.
From apartments to villas — complete interiors designed with the sensitivity of someone who understands how nature shapes a space from the outside in.
Our Approach
Interior design that begins with how you live — not how it looks.
Most interior design projects fail not because of bad taste, but because of an incomplete brief. The client knows what they dislike about their current space. They may have a folder of images they love. But the brief that actually drives the design — how the space will be used across a full week, what the client needs to feel when they walk in after a difficult day, which rooms are most important to get exactly right — is often never written down.
We write it down. We spend the early meetings not looking at the space but understanding the people who will live in it. We ask questions that feel tangential but aren’t: how do you feel about the kitchen being visible from the living area? Do you work from home? Are there children, and how old — because a five-year-old and a fifteen-year-old make completely different demands on a space. Do you entertain formally or informally? Do you want to be able to see the garden from the sofa? Is there a particular time of day when you most use the living room, and which direction does it face?
From those conversations, we develop a brief that describes not just dimensions and materials but the intended experience of each room. This brief becomes the filter for every decision that follows — which materials to propose, which furniture to commission, which lighting scheme to develop. When a decision comes up mid-project that wasn’t anticipated — a structural issue, a supplier delay, an opportunity to do something better than originally planned — the brief tells us what the right answer is. It is the document we return to constantly, and the most important thing we produce in the first phase of any engagement.
We design for Bangalore’s specific conditions. Natural light in Bangalore is generous but directional — south-facing rooms are bright; north-facing rooms are cool and even; east-facing rooms are beautiful at breakfast and shaded by afternoon. We factor orientation into every spatial decision. Cross-ventilation matters in Bangalore more than in many other Indian cities; our interiors are designed to breathe, not just to be visually open. Material choices account for the monsoon, the dust, the particular quality of Bangalore’s light, and the reality that the best materials here are sourced locally — from workshops in Rajajinagar, granite yards in Hosur, and fabric suppliers in Commercial Street who have been there for decades.
For villa interiors in the northern and eastern corridors — Whitefield, Sarjapur, Devanahalli — the priorities shift: larger volumes to furnish, more ambitious material budgets, and often the opportunity to design the interior and the outdoor space together. For apartment interiors in central and east Bangalore, spatial efficiency is the discipline: how to create a home that does not feel compromised by its size, that stores what needs to be stored without dominating the visual field, and that feels genuinely well-designed rather than just cleverly managed.
We are based in Bangalore and work across the city. We also take on interior design projects in Goa for clients designing vacation homes or investment properties. Whether your project is in the city or at the coast, the approach is the same: a detailed brief, a considered design, and our presence throughout.
